Our closed-loop stepper drives use built-in, high-performance control algorithms to monitor the motor's actual speed and position in real time, dynamically adjusting the output to precisely match the target speed. This closed-loop system ensures highly stable motor operation and rapid response.

Can the encoder feedback be used to read back the motor's actual speed?

Our pulse-and-direction closed-loop drives are a highly integrated, plug-and-play solution for precise motion control. Users do not need to manage low-level feedback data. As a result, the current version does not expose communication interfaces for real-time monitoring of internal data. All feedback information is automatically processed internally by the drive to optimize performance.

Our fieldbus-based closed-loop stepper drives form a complete closed-loop control system. They not only track the motor's actual position and speed with high precision in real time, but also transmit this critical motion data to the host controller via efficient bus communication. This bidirectional data flow enables real-time monitoring and control of motor status, supporting precise motion planning and dynamic response.
