- Flat washers
- Key
- Output shaft
- Worm gearbox housing
Installation Steps
- Install the key onto the shaft. Note: Install the key into the shaft keyway that aligns with the gearbox output bore first.
AS Shaft (single-ended output shaft)
AB Shaft (double-ended output shaft)
- Insert the shaft into the output bore of the gearbox.
- Install the flat washer.
- Install the circlip.
- Verify installation: Confirm that the shaft rotates freely and all components are securely seated.
