If your order has been completed, the invoice will be automatically sent to your email once the payment is successfully processed. If you cannot find the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.
If you still cannot locate the email, or if the attached invoice does not meet your requirements, please contact our online customer service team. We will be happy to help you modify or reissue the invoice.
If you have not yet placed an order but need a proforma invoice for internal approval or to allow a colleague to proceed with the purchase, simply add the desired items to your shopping cart and select "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. A formal invoice containing the full order details and total cost will be generated without requiring immediate payment. This document can be used as a quotation.
