Motor kits shipped from our overseas warehouses (outside China) come with standard-length cables and cannot be customized with longer cables.
If you need a longer cable, please consider ordering from our China warehouse. When placing your order, you can specify your desired cable length in the order notes at checkout. Our team will then contact you within 1–2 business days to confirm availability and any additional cost.
Note: For closed-loop stepper motor systems, excessively long encoder (feedback) cables may cause signal attenuation or communication errors. If you require a non-standard cable length, our team will advise you on the maximum recommended length to ensure reliable signal transmission.
