StepperOnline is committed to long-term product availability. We do not discontinue products without due consideration, even for low-volume items that serve a limited customer base.

However, production may be discontinued under the following circumstances:

  1. Product Upgrades: When a product is upgraded to a new generation, the previous version may be phased out. In most cases, the new version is backward-compatible and offers improved performance.
  2. Component Obsolescence: When a key component supplier discontinues a critical part and no suitable alternative is available, production may be halted. To date, this scenario has not occurred in over ten years of operation.

In the event of a product discontinuation, we will issue a Product Discontinuation Notice (PDN) to affected customers with reasonable lead time to place final orders.

In addition, when the sales volume of a product does not meet the minimum stocking threshold, we may reduce warehouse stock levels or discontinue stocking the item altogether.

These products typically have a Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) listed on our website. If your order meets the MOQ, we can arrange a dedicated production run or reserve stock for you. Please contact our sales team to confirm lead times.
