The recommended supply voltage for DSY low-voltage servo systems is 48 VDC. If a 24 VDC supply is used instead, the system will still operate, but you will notice a clear performance difference: the motor cannot reach its rated speed under load, while output torque remains largely unaffected.

Test Conditions

  • System under test: DSY low-voltage servo drive + 400 W motor with brake
  • Supply voltage: 24 VDC
  • Key observation: No-load speed stays close to the rated range, but speed drops significantly under full load. Output torque does not show a substantial decrease.
