- Flexible Jaw Coupling
Features
- Operates stably and reliably, with good vibration damping, shock absorption, and electrical insulation properties.
- Offers high tolerance for axial, radial, and angular misalignment. Simple structure, easy installation, and suitable for both axial and radial mounting.
- Excellent damping and vibration reduction characteristics: absorbs oscillation energy, reduces oscillation amplitude when passing through critical speeds, and lowers torsional vibration stress on the shaft.
- Compact radial size, lightweight, and low moment of inertia, making it suitable for medium- and high-speed applications.
- The polyurethane spider element provides high wear resistance and oil resistance, large load capacity, long service life, and safe, reliable operation.
Applications
- Suitable for medium- and high-speed applications. Maintenance-free and can be installed on machines that are difficult to disassemble. Well-suited for high-wear environments and applications with heavy grease or lubricant exposure.
- Disc Coupling
Features
- Requires no lubrication. Compact structure with high strength.
- Long service life with zero backlash.
- Unaffected by temperature and oil contamination. Resistant to acids, alkalis, and corrosion.
Applications
- Suitable for shaft system transmission in high-temperature, high-speed, corrosive, and contaminated working conditions.
- Beam Coupling
Features
- Best suited for compensating angular misalignment and axial misalignment, but has relatively poor tolerance for parallel (radial) misalignment.
- Torsional stiffness is affected under load. Excessive backlash under torsional load will reduce coupling accuracy and impair overall performance.
Applications
- Suitable for light-load applications. Ideal for correcting angular and axial misalignment. Use elastomeric couplings when parallel misalignment must be accommodated.
- Rigid Coupling
Features
- Any shaft misalignment will cause premature damage to the shaft, bearings, or coupling. Therefore, it is not recommended for high-speed environments.
- Cannot compensate for relative axial displacement between shafts caused by thermal expansion during high-speed operation.
- Small-sized rigid couplings offer the advantages of lightweight construction, ultra-low inertia, and high responsiveness.
Applications
- When shaft alignment is precise and motion control requirements are demanding, rigid couplings deliver excellent performance in servo system applications. Highly resistant to oil and corrosion, making them suitable for oily or corrosive environments.
