Dear Customer,

To protect your rights and ensure a smooth claims process if needed, please follow these steps upon receiving your package:

  1. Retain All Packaging

Keep all packaging materials—including the outer box, inner padding, and shipping label—for at least 7 days in case verification is required.

  1. Inspect Your Order Promptly
  • If possible, inspect the contents at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
  • Verify the product model(s), quantity, and physical condition against your order details.
  1. If You Find Any Issues

Document the issues immediately by taking clear photographs of:

  • All sides of the outer packaging (with the shipping label clearly visible)
  • Close-ups of the product identification labels
  • Any damage or defects (include a reference object for scale)
  1. Preserve All Evidence

Do not discard any original packaging. We may require the following to process a claim:

  • An official damage report issued by the carrier (please request this from the carrier within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Additional documentation for insurance purposes

Please note: Failure to provide the required documentation—including photos of the packaging and product labels—may prevent us from processing your claim.
